5 CashCrate Alternatives In 2019 That You Can Try

CashCrate recently closed its doors and re-branded themselves. This has caused many people to search for CashCrate alternatives. If you’re one of them, then you’ve come to the right place. I’ll go over what CashCrate was, how it worked, the issue with it closing down and then discuss a few alternatives you might be interested in trying.

What Was CashCrate & How Did It Work

It was a GPT (get-paid-to) website. You could join it and get paid to perform various tasks, mainly complete surveys. The way it worked was pretty straightforward, as you would signup for an account and then jump into the tasks; But there weren’t always a bunch of tasks available for people to take. Anyways, after the tasks were completed and it was verified that those tasks were completed, then the CashCrate member would be credited.

I do want to note that many years ago I actually used the site. I do remember making a few dollars and I was paid. But, fast forward to April 2019, the site closed down and then re-branded themselves. They are no longer a GPT site and they focus on showing people where they can turn to if they want to make money online.

The Issue With It Closing Down

There actually isn’t any issue with the site closing down. The team at CashCrate gave users nearly two months heads up that they were closing. Obviously if users were making a few dollars or were raking in decent money via referrals, then of course they were gutted over the announcement. And that brings us to CashCrate alternatives.

CashCrate Alternatives For 2019

So, are there Crash Crate alternatives? Of course there are, and there are literally dozens upon dozens of GPT sites out there. Below are a few GPT sites that you can try if you’re on the hunt for alternatives to CashCrate.

1. SwagBucks- SwagBucks bears many similarities to CashCrate, which is why I consider it to be one of the top CrashCrate alternatives. SwagBucks has been around for more than 10 years and they have an excellent track record of paying members.

2. SuperPay.me- This site is another good alternative worth checking out. There’s no shortage of positive reviews written about them either. SuperPay was launched years ago. There are mixed reviews about SuperPay.me, so join at your own risk.

3. InboxDollars- InboxDollars is completely legit. I tried them out many years ago and I remember getting paid a number of times. I place them on par with SwagBucks.

4. TreasureTrooper- This is another GPT site that has been around forever. I remember using them 10+ years ago and receiving a few payments from them. Sure, the money wasn’t much, but it was one of the very first sites I ever used to earn a little bit of extra cash. But I do remember (quite often) there weren’t that many surveys and tasks available. Then again, this is quite typical for many GPT sites.

5. CashKarma- This is an app you have to download and then you can take surveys. It is currently only available on Android devices. If you got an android device, then consider giving this CashCrate alternative a try.

Those CashCrate alternatives might be worth joining if you’re a fan of GPT sites. I have absolutely nothing against legitimate GPT sites, but don’t expect to make a full-time income from them or a part-time income. Look at using such sites as making pocket money and if you do end up making decent cash, then good for you and keep up the work.

Should you try your hand at the above five GPT sites? I say why not. Just remember, if you are hoping to make part-time or full-time income, the chances are extremely slim you won’t achieve that with GPT sites. At least you won’t by solely focusing on performing tasks. That said, good luck if you give those sites a try.
