I used to come across “make money searching the internet” adverts all the time. I’m talking about 10+ years ago, and I did join a few sites. If my memory serves me right, I did make some cash. I’ve never been a huge fan of these types of gigs, but now that years have gone by, there are new players; One of them is Presearch.
So, what is Presearch? How do you make money searching the internet with them? Read on to find out, and then I’ll let you know whether or not I recommend using them.
What Is Presearch
It is considered a decentralized search engine, kind of like Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL and so on. According to Presearch, they are powered by “the community” and there are more than 800,000 people using the search engine. They also differentiate themselves by rewarding search engine users (users of Presearch) with tokens that can be traded for certain cryptocurrencies.
Long story short, people can potentially make money searching the internet by using Presearch. You’ll have a better idea of what I mean when I say “potentially” a bit later on.
To sum up the above:
. Presearch is a search engine
. It’s decentralized
. It rewards people with tokens
How Do You Actually Make Real Money
When you use Presearch, you can be awarded cryptocurrency tokens. The token you are given is PRE. But, how do you actually make money searching for the internet, like real money? In short, Presearch gives its users PRE tokens if they are eligible. Then those tokens can be traded for certain cryptocurrencies, which can then be traded for real currency. I know it sounds confusing, but it’s not as difficult as one may think.
To sum up the above, you:
. Receive crypto tokens
. Trade tokens for cryptocurrency
. Trade the crypto for real money
Presearch: The Pros & Cons
1. The Pros- First pro is that signing up is easy to do, and using the search engine is just like using any other search engine. So, there’s not really a ton of guesswork in that regards.
Another good thing is it can be useful because Presearch is decentralized. According to Presearch, the ranking factors is both transparent and open. They also mention how this allows content creators to access a playing filed that is leveled.
Finally, there’s the reward aspect. When you use Presearch, you can get rewarded for searching, in the form of tokens/crypto. Then, you can exchange it up to real Fiat.
2. The Cons- There’s not a lot of bad stuff that can be said about Presearch. If I had to say something bad, it would be that things can be confusing for newbies. Those who don’t have knowledge if cryptocurrencies or understand the basics of what they are can find it overwhelming. When they get rewarded with crypto by Presearch, then they’ll have to go through the process of exchanging it for Fiat.
But I will say this, in my opinion after you have traded a few times, then things should become easier.
Presearch On Social Media
Presearch does have a solid presence on social media. It also appears that they’re quite active. A few platforms they can be found on include:
If you’re toying with the idea of signing up for Presearch so you can make money searching, then check out their social profiles. See what kind of content they post and this can play a role in your decision to either signup for Presearch or not signup for an account.
Do I Recommend Using Presearch
I recommend using it if you want to get paid to search and if you don’t mind the trading aspect of things, when the time comes to exchange your rewards for real money.
But, I do recommend doing more research on Presearch. And I don’t really advise dabbling in cryptocurrency, regardless if you’re being rewarded it or not.
I don’t think many people can make boatloads of money searching the internet. I’m also not too hot on cryptocurrency, but nonetheless if you join and use Presearch, you don’t really have anything to lose. I say give it a try, see how you like it and then you can decide whether or not to continue using Presearch.
Hello and thank you for sharing this informative article with us. I never realised that something like this actually existed. I am really happy to find out you can actually create money by searching the Internet.
This is so great man. One thing I do not like about this platform is that it pays in cryptocurrencies. Is there any way they would consider paying you in real money?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Your content does a good job of explaining what PreSearch is, and how you can make money.
Because you get paid in awarded cryptocurrency tokens, do you think crypto tokens are really worth collecting? So many people don’t seem to trust crypto as a way to make money for the long run.
However, the topic is interesting, and one I will look into.
Cheers,
Diane
Without a proper search engine it no use going on the internet, it a waste of time, one will never find what they are looking for with a search engine that is not working correctly. Always check to make sure your search engine is attach to the internet and working properly.
Can searching the internet really be that profitable?
I have no problems with earning crypto but what I would really like to know is how many searches would I have to perform to earn say $20? Would I have to spend all day performing searches to make any real money?
I guess if I signed up, just used It, and kind of forgot about it maybe it could add up over time.
Thanks for your article my wheel are grinding a little bit now.
Hello Nathan, I must say that this article is very helpful and informative. I did not hear bout Presearch so far but it looks like we can make some extra cash with its help. I will definitely give it a try as I have nothing to lose. Honestly, I think that crypto is the currency of the future as it is becoming more and more popular.
Wow, Nathan, I like your research on the Presearch platform. Although I consider myself a newbie, and have seen a few online platforms, I have never even heard this one mentioned before. Great job bringing Presearch to the forefront.
Personally, this one would not be for me at the moment. I wonder how many people would be interested in the compensation of tokens or calculating the cryptocurrency? I do like research though, so I plan to visit this platform and see if they are operating in my community.
Great job. Thanks again.
Hello Nathan,
Thank you for introducing Presearch, although l never heard it before. I like the idea of making money searching the Internet using Presearch and don’t mind to be pay by crypto tokens.
I think Presearch will be the future of search engine and l have no hesitation in joining it right now.
Kind regards.
Presearch offers an innovative way to search and get paid as well. I do own Cryptocurrencies for the long haul, as I believe it has potential. The question being which ones? I wasn’t clear which cryptos can be exchanged with these PRE tokens. I would like to have some idea what kind of exchange rates they command. How can I find out how many search hours I would need to put in to earn these PRE tokens.
It could turn out that the time spent in search could be like pennies an hour. In that case I would much rather use this time for other money making pursuits.
Nevertheless you have given me something new to check out when I have the time to do so.
I am always excited to find new ways to make money online and glad I stumbled upon your article.
I would love to give Presearch a try, but I am a bit discouraged that they reward with cryptocurrency, as I am not too keen on cryptos.
But I guess I will take your advice and research about them more, to really know if it will be worth my time.
But do you have any idea how much crypto one has to earn to be able to convert to cash?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks
Thank you for this article on this platform ‘presearch’. I’ve never heard of this before. I’m always looking for easy ways to make extra side cash! A lot of the side gigs I find though tend to not be worth the time and effort spent. I personally don’t deal with cryptocurrecy. But I do a lot of research. My question would be how comparable are the results of the search engine compared to engines like google. Does their engine have SEO criteria?
Hello Nathan,
I love the way u describe the Presearch idea and its pros and cons. Well, It depends on how one gives time to the internet search and how much knowledge one has on cryptocurrency and digital money. Presearch is beneficial because it saves your time as it decentralizes your searching process and gives you token instantly as a reward of your working. I think that will help people more in their modern life because Presearch is frequently used in social media and people are more engaged with social media than ever before. So using the power of community which is the strength of Presearch people can earn money in a smart way.
Thank you for sharing this topic
Well, presearch is certainly a new one on me. Thanks for filling us in on this site. It sounds interesting, though I’m not sure I’d want to get involved. I know enough about cryptocurrencies to know that to sell them, you have to get set up on a site that deals with them, so you have a “wallet” to keep them in. Then you can sell them.
The other problem, I would think, is that you have no way of knowing how much you would make. The cryptocurrency prices fluctuate so wildly that you might make a bunch of money one day and none the next. There would be no way to be certain of the price they are selling for when you are ready to sell them.
It might, however, be a way to get a small start in the cryptocurrency market without having to actually invest.
Personally, I have been using just search engines by itself even when looking for tools on how to make money online.
This is the first time I come across presearch. I did not know that it was a decentralized search engine powered by the community. However, I did not quite understand the actual steps on how presearch works.
I hope you can explain more in details in your next article. Thank you for sharing this information.
Hi There. Your article did a good job explaining Presearch, but my question is, how much is a Presearch token worth? And which cryptocurrencies can you trade it for? I had also heard of cash for searching the internet years ago, but I did not think it was something that was still paying online.
